1- Preventive Maintenance:
In line with our commitment to our clients, our maintenance visits are made every 6 weeks at the maximum. During our maintenance visits, we apply our maintenance plan that meets the highest technical standards. Additionally, we take into consideration any feedback from the users. Your elevator will undergo further checks as part of our commitment to quality standards.
In addition to routine checks, our technicians work preventively and take the appropriate initiatives to prevent future malfunctions. To this end, they inspect, repair, or replace any components that may cause faults.
Based on our pricing methodology, this information is sent back to the sales department. An analysis is conducted, and we provide you with appropriate price offers based on your equipment’s needs to ensure optimal and safe operation.
2- Corrective Maintenance:
When we are notified of a fault, we intervene within a maximum of 4 hours at the concerned site. When it comes to a simple repair, it is often possible to return the system to service immediately. In all cases, the technician provides an intervention report to the client.
If necessary, we precisely define the problem to be solved and create a display screen with an estimated time for service return, which depends on the time needed to replace the relevant part. Once the technician leaves the site, they inform the headquarters of the situation. The responsible manager is notified and communicates with the client’s representative to determine the final deadlines and any necessary explanations.
