1- Preventive maintenance:

In accordance with our commitment to our customers, our maintenance visits take place every 6 weeks maximum. During our maintenance visits, we implement our own maintenance plan that meets the highest technical standards. In addition, we take into account various comments that users may make. It will be subject to further verification as part of our quality standards approach.

In addition to regular checks, our technicians work preventively and take appropriate initiatives to prevent subsequent breakdowns. To this end, they check, repair or change all elements that may cause malfunctions.

Based on our product pricing methodology, this information is sent back to the sales department. An analysis is performed and we offer you quotations suitable for your equipment needs in order to maintain optimal and safe operation.

2- Curative maintenance:

When we are notified of a malfunction, we intervene within a maximum of 4 hours on the respective site. When it comes to a simple repair, it is often possible to return the device to service immediately. In all cases, the technician provides an intervention report to the client.

If necessary, we accurately define the problem to be solved and create a display with an expected service return time, the size of which is related to the lead time for replacing the part in question. Once the technician leaves the site address, he informs the headquarters of the situation, the manager responsible for the customer is informed and communicates with the manager responsible for the organization to determine the envisaged deadlines as well as the necessary explanations.

When maintenance alone cannot achieve optimal operation, we quote appropriate upgrades as part of our duty to advise.
